I didn't mean to order the patches and have not and won't use them. I use the device on my neck and don't know if I'm using it right. What can I use as hydrgel? Have been using Neutrogena moisturizer. Is it suppose to feel like a shock? Have been doing the fat red light at 5 intensity and white skin also at 5. I think there's already some tightening going on but I'd like to make sure I have this down right. I feel the effects on the jawline but not much on neck area. Would appreciate your feedback. Just started using over the weekend and I have noticed results already. I am purchasing more. I put on at bedtime and take off in the morning (8 hours). Have noticed shrinkage and toning in my tummy area. I notice a warming sensation about the last hour or 2, but it is not uncomfortable for me. This is giving me great results at an affordable price. I love these I don't know why these weren't invented sooner but they totally work they work for me for sure. My belly is pretty flat I did have a C-section a while ago decades ago that still makes me get swollen and pain but it helps when your belly is smaller in terms of pain and this seems to do the trick. Also I noticed that I have to wear them for three or four days at a time. I never put it on directly after my shower because it burns. Taking it off and need to be very careful because it can cut the skin. I usually do it in the shower when it's wet with some soap comes off much easier it does leave your skin dry

During the quarantine time, I have gained so much weight, especially the belly area. After 2 kids, my belly created a pouch and it never go away. Does not matter I tried to exercise or diet, it lost a couple inches then back to same size after I eat good food. Anyway, I did not give this patch a lot of hopes, but still try. According to the direction, I put it on for 8 hours while I am at work and take it off for at least 48 hours to put another patch. The patch is easy to apply, just like peel and stick. It stick well on my skin and did not irritate the skin. I felt tightening at the belly area but that is it, no warm, no sweat, no red after taking it off. I have been using it for a week now and I can see the difference on my tummy pouch. I hope if I keep doing it more, the result will be significant. I recommend this one for anyone who suffers with the belly pouch like me. Get it and see the result yourselves.

Don’t know how these work but they do. I’ve tried others but these work the best. I put on before bed and wear to workout the next morning and then remove. While working out you can feel the heat but not in a bad way. It’s like they take the bloat away.
